Ease into the weekend with the Dutch Hub on Friday, 31 October, as they host their End of Month Drinks.
Traditional Dutch delicacies will be prepared in the club’s kitchen, including stroopwafels (syrup wafers). On the same evening, from 6pm to 8:30pm, the Dutch community will hold a Book Market featuring both Dutch and English titles. A gold coin donation is appreciated, with proceeds used to purchase new books for the Dutch language library in Leederville.
The club will be bustling, as both the deaf community and pétanque players regularly gather on Friday nights.
This Friday promises a lively atmosphere, with communication happening in at least four different languages.
