Vamos-Zumba Fitness with Nathalie
We dance to Latin and international music, combining all elements of fitness cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, except that it feels more like a dance party than a fitness workout.
Mondays 5.55 pm – 6.55 pm (except public holidays) Join the fun with Zumba with great Latin Rhythms!
Leave your shoes and concerns at the door, quieten your mind and be guided into the sensations of your body. Nia is a grounded, cardio movement class for Body, Mind and Spirit!
